Domain Registrant Agreement

When you register or renew a UK domain name through High Heel Creative, you are entering into a registrant agreement that sets out your rights and responsibilities as the domain holder, in line with Nominet's Terms and Conditions for .uk domain names.

You confirm that the information you provide for registration is accurate and up to date, that you have the right to use the domain name for its intended purpose, and that you will not use it for any unlawful activity.

High Heel Creative, as your registration channel, will keep your registrant details confidential in line with data protection law, and will only use them to manage your domain registration, renewal and any required communication from Nominet.

Domains remain registered in your name — as the registrant — at all times. You are free to transfer management of your domain away from High Heel Creative at any point; we will never hold a domain to ransom or prevent a legitimate transfer.
