Web Hosting Order Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all web hosting packages ordered through High Heel Creative, including our Fabulous Flat, Cute Kitten and Super Stiletto plans, and any bespoke or VPS hosting arrangement.

Hosting is billed monthly or annually in advance. We aim for 99.9% uptime across our UK-based servers, excluding scheduled maintenance windows, which we will notify you of in advance wherever possible.

All plans are subject to a fair usage policy — 'unlimited' resources are provided for normal website use, and if a site is using an unusually high level of resources, we'll always speak to you before taking any action.

Regular backups are taken as standard, though we recommend keeping your own copy of critical data. SSL certificates (Let's Encrypt) are included free of charge and renewed automatically.
