Website Design Terms

These terms apply to website design projects undertaken by High Heel Creative. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due on completion or in agreed stage payments for larger projects.

We ask clients to supply content, images and any required logins in good time — project timescales are dependent on how promptly this information is received.

Once a website is signed off and live, any further changes may be chargeable unless covered by an ongoing support package. We're always happy to discuss support options that suit your business.
